CRM Executive

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact to foster and strengthen client relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and share timely updates on projects.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Implement engagement initiatives to drive customer retention and loyalty.
• Generate and deliver performance reports on customer satisfaction and resolution metrics.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field.
• Proven experience in CRM, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
