Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy or infrastructure sector. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of civil works related to renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee the construction of civil infrastructure for renewable energy projects, including foundations, structures, and site layouts.
• Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing any challenges that arise.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Conduct quality control inspections and recommend improvements to enhance durability and efficiency.
• Utilize civil engineering software for design, analysis, and documentation.
• Stay updated on advancements in civil engineering practices and renewable energy technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000).
• Strong understanding of industry standards and codes (e.g., IS Codes, Eurocodes, or ACI standards).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability principles is an advantage.
