Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and certified Quality Control Engineer with NDT Level 2 certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience. The role involves ensuring the quality and integrity of materials and components used in our projects, with a focus on non-destructive testing techniques. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.

Inspect materials, welds, and components to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Prepare and review quality control documentation, including inspection reports and test records.

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Conduct quality audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Train and guide team members on quality control procedures and NDT techniques.

Stay updated on advancements in NDT technologies and quality control practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.

NDT Level 2 certification in at least two methods (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and non-destructive testing, preferably in the refinery or energy sector.

Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using NDT equipment and tools.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
