The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. There’s never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· 7+ Years of Experience in working in an implementation project facing customer with ability to independently design, map, develop new interfaces/integrations. · Knowledge of various connectivity options VAN, FTP/S, AS2, SFTP etc · Hands on experience in map EDI, Flat file, CSV, XML, SAP IDOCs · Exposure to various EDI formats X12, EDIFACT. · Experience with the Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI) system administration. · Must be able to develop & maintain Unix scripts. · Hands on SI Business Process development experience through Graphical Process Modeler and (GPM) and Business Process Modeling Language (BPML)  

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Experience in new partner on boarding creating trading partner setups, envelopes and configuring ports & mailboxes etc. · Working knowledge on establishing a new communication setup in sterling and on boarding a new customer · Coordinate and setup new AS2 Trading partners in SI, Perform certificate updates. · Manage file transfer between Sterling Integrator and SAP. · Knowledge of EDI transaction sets 850, 856, 810, ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, 860, 210, 211, 820, 940, 945, 943, 944 etc · Extensive production support experience and ability to troubleshoot and handle incidents.
