Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling products or services to customers over the phone, email
  • Generate leads, build relationships with potential and existing customer
  • Understanding customer requirements and closing sales
  • Responding in a timely and effective manner to all for internal communication
  • Responsible for making cold calls, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies
  • Answer basic technical questions during these calls and own the customer till hand-over to the relevant sales member.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Desired Candidate Profile Should be Confident & Dynamic
  • Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable to work on calls & sales.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple roles effectively.
  • Women candidates preferred.
