Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Territory Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Delhi NCR market, including
key industry players, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
2. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas,
negotiate deals, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
3. Industry Experience: Leverage 2-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry to
bring valuable insights and expertise to the role.
4. Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and business development initiatives in the
assigned territory, meeting and exceeding targets through effective planning and execution.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination
and alignment of business strategies with overall company objectives.
6. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats,
providing insights to contribute to the development of strategic business plans.
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor
activities to contribute to informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in [relevant field].
Proven experience as an Area Business Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
