Job Description

Urgently Hiring for Sr.HR for our leading Engineering company at our Howrah Factory Location

Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, factory laws, and Factory License.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare.
Process attendance & Payroll and manage benefits.
Ensure health, safety, and ISO audit compliance.
Maintain HRMS & PMS , TDS etc.

Experience: 7+ years in HR, manufacturing, and compliance.
Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, ISO audits, factory license, and MS Office.Advance Excel.
Candidate Preference: Local candidates from the nearby area who can join within 15 days
