Hiring For Assistant Manager-HR & OD at Pimpri Pune

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Responsible for end to end recruitment and selection process including verifying MPR, releasing IJP, posting vacancies on Naukri portal, sourcing resumes, calling candidates for interview, coordinating interviews with respective reporting managers & HOD, supporting for salary negotiation & comparison, preparing necessary letters.
• Joining formalities & orientation :Responsible for completion of Pre & post joining formalities and orientation of newly joined employees at KSB Limited. Ensure all required formalities like background verification, pre-employment medical check-up, joining form filling is completed of new joinees.
• Training and development: Introduction and coordination of various L&D intervention for KSB Limited employees. To increase participation of employees in various training programs conducted externally or organized by KSB Limited. Completion of Competency mapping, GAP Analysis, training nominations, training coordination at KSB Limited and also ensuring optimum utilization of Percipio e-learning platform.
• Employee Engagement: Responsible for supporting various HR initiatives like Knowledge Sharing, Fun-tastic day, Lilli-Inputs.
• Handling employee related issues/ concerns: To understand employee concerns, discussion with team managers and resolve the issues or concerns.
