Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our AI-based legal and regulatory tech start-up as a Legal Editor, Customer Success & Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving our content strategy, ensuring customer success, and enhancing our digital presence. As a start-up, we value fluidity and cross-functional collaboration, and this role will require a blend of legal expertise, customer success management, and marketing acumen to ensure our customers successfully adopt and utilize our products.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop and execute an editorial calendar for newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging, legally accurate content tailored to professional audiences in the legal, tax, contracting, and regulatory sectors.
  • Edit and proofread legal content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Manage content distribution across multiple channels and optimize for SEO and digital engagement.

B. Customer Success Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they successfully onboard and utilize our products.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies, including training materials, FAQs, and tutorials.
  • Monitor customer feedback and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to relay customer insights and drive product enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and advocacy.

C. Social Media & Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create platform-specific content to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Lexops products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify monetization opportunities and sustainable growth tactics.

D. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and tech teams to align content, customer success, and marketing efforts.
  • Develop strategies to convert readers and users into long-term customers.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across content, customer success, and marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and product adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in legal content creation, editing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, customer success, or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer success best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B content marketing and customer success.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with the legal tech industry and regulatory compliance in digital marketing.
  • Data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience creating customer training materials or onboarding programs.
