Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Performance Analyst to support our HR team in managing the end-to-end performance management process.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating performance appraisals, ensuring fair and data-driven calibration sessions, and working closely with business leaders to drive a high performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management Process:
- Support the execution of the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycle.
- Ensure timely collection and review of performance evaluation data.
Calibration & Fair Assessment:
- Coordinate and facilitate calibration sessions with leadership teams.
- Analyze performance data and trends to ensure unbiased performance ratings.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Educate employees and managers on performance management guidelines and best practices.
- Support the development of training materials for performance reviews.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate performance records and dashboards.
- Track performance outcomes and link them to employee development and rewards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR with a focus on performance management, appraisals, and calibration.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR systems.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with HR tools and performance management software is a plus.
