Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Position the company as a market leader through effective branding and storytelling.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing to generate high-quality leads.
• Develop and execute email, content, and video marketing strategies.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and user experience (UI/UX).

3. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
• Develop targeted campaigns for different buyer personas (investors, homebuyers, NRIs, etc.)
• Implement CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot to manage leads efficiently.

4. Offline & Experiential Marketing

• Plan and execute real estate expos, open houses, and property launch events.
• Oversee traditional marketing efforts like print ads, billboards, and radio campaigns.
• Build partnerships with brokers, influencers, and real estate agencies for market expansion

5. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, and agencies.
• Set performance goals, review team progress, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and project development.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: 10+ years in real estate marketing, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
✅ Education: MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
