Marketing Head (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to oversee and drive the marketing strategies and initiatives for our real estate division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate marketing, a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, and the ability to align marketing strategies with the companys business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing efforts.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Manage, guide, and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, graphic designers, content creators, and marketing coordinators.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, setting clear performance goals and ensuring the team achieves them.
• Brand Development & Positioning:
• Oversee the development and refinement of the brand’s messaging, identity, and positioning in the real estate market.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling content, including advertisements, brochures, and website content, to attract potential buyers/investors.
• Digital Marketing & SEO:
• Lead the strategy for online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to generate leads and drive traffic to listings and websites.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, optimizing for lead conversions and engagement.
• Market Research & Data Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Use data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and report on campaign performance to senior management.
• Public Relations & Communications:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and influencers in the real estate industry.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.
• Events & Promotions:
• Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events such as property launches, investor meetings, and real estate expos.
• Ensure events are aligned with the marketing strategy and successfully engage prospective clients.
