Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships by ensuring timely communication.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support efficiently.
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate client information.
- Assist in documentation, agreement processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Ensure adherence to real estate regulations and compliance policies.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to track customer engagement and issue resolution.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBA/Bachelors in any field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
- Problem-solving attitude with customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize client interactions.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and compliance.
