We are looking for a skilled CRM Developer to design, implement, and maintain CRM solutions tailored to our business needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM platforms, strong programming skills, and a passion for improving customer relationships through technology.

- Any tech stack would be ok for this role, knowledge in Laravel is an added advantage

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new software features.

- Integrate CRM software with other business systems, such as marketing automation, ERP, or E-Commerce platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

- Manage and optimize databases used in CRM systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies, tools, and trends. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in the CRM platform

- Design and implement automation for lead generation, customer communication, and workflow management to enhance user experience.

- Knowledge in CRM, job portals and payment integration is mandatory

- Manage core libraries and dependencies to ensure they are up-to-date and secure

- Design and implement scalable and performant solutions

- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and standards
