Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the internal expert on Dynamics 365 CRM, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Drive the strategic direction of the CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and evolving customer needs.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to the CRM platform to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
- Lead and/or participate in CRM-related projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and challenges that may impact project success.
- Ensure adherence to established delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams and external customers on all aspects of the CRM platform.
- Drive customer satisfaction by maximizing the value of the CRM platform for our customers.
- Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to empower users and improve CRM adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Possess a deep understanding of CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Experience with developing and implementing Power Apps and Power Pages.
- Knowledge of utilizing OneNote for knowledge management and collaboration.
- Ability to leverage automation (e.g., workflows, Power Automate) to enhance employee efficiency and reduce reliance on customer support.
- Design and implement solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the CRM platform.
- Evaluate and recommend the use of plug-ins, third-party integrations, and ISV add-ons to meet specific customer requirements.
- Advise on best practices for data management, security, and compliance within the CRM environment.
Qualifications and Experience :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise.
- Proven experience in a Functional Architect or Senior Consulting role within the CRM domain.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical
and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.
- Experience with Power Apps (Premium), Power Pages, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of OneNote and its applications within a CRM environment.
