Job Description : Technical Lead - Azure and AWS

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will guide the technical team, design scalable architectures, ensure best practices, and drive cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Should have 3+ years of experience of leading a team in delivering cloud-based solutions.

- Mentor team members, fostering skill development in Azure and AWS technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, architects, and stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality, and technical standards.

- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures on Azure and AWS.

- Provide technical expertise in hybrid cloud solutions, serverless computing, and multicloud strategies.

- Lead the migration of on-premises applications and systems to cloud platforms.

- Optimize cloud resource usage for performance and cost-efficiency.

- Define and enforce cloud security, governance, and compliance standards.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for streamlined deployment processes.

- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and organizational goals.

- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges in complex cloud environments.

- Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and provide strategic recommendations.

- Drive innovation by integrating AI/ML, IoT, or other advanced technologies into cloud solutions.

Technical Expertise :

Strong proficiency in both Azure and AWS platforms, including but not limited to :

Azure : App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Azure Databases, Virtual Desktops.

AWS : EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, Elastic Beanstalk.

- Experience with networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments (IAM, Azure AD, etc.

- Strong Knowledge of Data Storage, Virtual Machines, and Backups.

Good experience in :

- Setting up VM subnets.

- Strong Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration, upgradation.

- Good knowledge in VMware, Citrix platforms.

- Strong Knowledge of Data Centre and server installation, maintenance, and monitoring in cloud IaaS Experience with Azure, Azure AD

- Design and build infrastructure (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering a good understanding of assessment methodologies.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.

- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation).

Professional Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in cloud development, architecture, and engineering.

- Proven track record of leading cloud-based projects end-to-end.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- AZ- 104

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent.
