About KredX:

KredX is a supply chain solutions provider which operates an online Bill Discounting Platform popularly known as "KredX". KredX was incorporated in 2015 by a clutch of bankers and techies from IIT Kanpur & Stanford to disrupt the trade receivables discounting space in India. KredX over a period of time added many more products in the area of Working Capital, Growth Capital, Treasury, Income products using deep tech solutions catering to Large enterprises/corporates. It has offices in Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Chennai.

CRM Specialist do:

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is an integrative system that allows businesses to manage, analyze, and improve their relationships with customers. CRM systems streamline business processes by capturing and organizing customer data, fostering enhanced satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately, business growth. A CRM Specialist operates at the helm of these systems, mastering their manipulation to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

- CRM Administration: Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user access control.

- Data Entry and Management: Input and update customer information, sales leads, and related data in the CRM system.

- User Training: Provide training and support to CRM system users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.

- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

- Automation and Workflow: Develop and implement CRM automation processes and workflows to streamline sales and marketing activities.

- Reporting and Analytics: Create reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.

- Integration: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate CRM with other systems and tools.

- Customer Segmentation: Assist in customer segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.

- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve CRM system issues, providing technical support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven 5+ years of experience Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho CRM).

- Programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) for customization and data extraction

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.

- Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
