Pre-Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead discovery calls with Sales team to gather customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Manage technical pre-sales activities, including solution designing, demos, and PoCs.
• Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and the sales process.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Technical proficiency with a strong understanding of the product / service offering.
• Collaborate with Sales for seamless deal progression and closure.
• Facilitate trials, pilots, & PoC engagements to showcase solutions.
• Create and present collaterals and documents based on customer needs.
• Assist with RFI, RFP, and security document responses.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position solutions.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 5-10 years of experience delivering technical solutions in a consultative role within a SaaS company.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven sales ability with experience in delivering engaging product demos.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to meet objectives.
• Quick to adapt to evolving customer requirements, new features, and product directions.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
