Job Title: HRBP (talent strategist)

Location: Gurgaon / bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

• To work closely with leaders to define talent strategy which will enable them to retain and attract top talent. Leveraging people analytics team within People Operations to draw data-driven insights while defining talent strategy.
• Collaborating with business leaders to define and execute workforce plans- that is right size, right shape and have right capabilities to compete in future. This includes driving the appropriate supply-demand conversations in collaboration with the COO organization as well as Talent Acquisition/ Resource Management.
• Liaise with People Managers to ensure effective execution of performance management, pay for performance and career progressions initiatives. These will be done in collaboration with the relevant COE team.
• Sustain Culture, communication and strengthen awareness of policies, practices and firms Values .

THE INDIVIDUAL:

• PG + 3 years of experience in HR Business partnering – should understand entire gamut of employee life cycle .
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
