KPMG India - IT / Non IT Sourcers - THird party Contractual role

We are seeking dedicated IT / Non IT Sourcers on Third party contractual role .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for with effective sourcing strategies .

Role Requirement :

• IT Sourcer Role - Strong IT hiring skills , with excellent sourcing skills from linkedin , naukri & various other chanels . (Should have experience in hiring for multiple skills like SAP , cyber security , java )
• Non IT Sourcer - Strong Non IT Sourcers from consulting background are preferred , or from any industry with strong sourcing skills .
• IT Recruiter Role - Strong IT hiring expert with stakeholder management skills, Should have hired for skills like MS cloud , azure , data scien , gen AI .
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
• Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions .
• Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
