Job Description
- Any Graduate
- To take charge of the location administrative functions to ensure that there is overall coordinated work and execution of tasks that will lead to improved overall personal and professional productivity. The role will work closely with the location leadership team to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the organization s administrative functions, ensuring compliance with core financial controls, participating, enabling and accelerating the growth and long-term success.
- Invoicing & MIS Maintenance with coordination with finance team
- Ensuring the various EMS & OHS practices are followed at operational level & participating in various administrative audits for successful certification.
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. This will include using existing systems efficiently and introducing new systems that will enhance productivity and reliability.
- Overall co-ordination on various aspects of Soft services, risk & event management, Vendor handling & coordination with building FM.
- Uphold organization policies & standards, ensuring people in the organization own and demonstrate them. Work closely with people processes team to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
