Talent Acquisition Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
• Develop clear and detailed job descriptions for various roles in the data engineering team, such as Data Engineer, Data Architect, ETL Developer, Data Scientist, etc.
• Understand technical requirements, such as knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, Java), data infrastructure (Hadoop, Spark), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, such as job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed), industry-specific forums, and networking events to source candidates.
• Leverage social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to actively search for qualified candidates with experience in data engineering, data pipelines, and big data technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitive hiring strategies for data engineering roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of passive candidates who may be suitable for future openings.
• Regularly report progress to leadership on the hiring status, open positions, and pipeline health.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA from a reputed institution (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Min 5 years of experience in End to End recruitment process in similar technologies (Cloud Tech, Data Engineering, Analytics, Gen AI etc)
• Hybrid model - Should be working from office 3 days a week
