Project Head - AGM/DGM/GM

Project Planning & Execution

1. Oversee end-to-end project management of high-rise residential and commercial buildings (G+30 and above).
2. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Implement Mivan shuttering technology to optimize construction timelines and ensure high-quality finishes.
4. Monitor project execution under EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and deliverables.

Team Leadership & Coordination

1. Lead multidisciplinary teams, including project engineers, site managers, architects, and contractors.
2. Foster effective collaboration with design consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Mentor and train team members on best practices in construction and project management.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

1. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and codes for Government projects, including adherence to tender requirements.
2. Establish and maintain robust quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
3. Conduct periodic safety audits to maintain a safe work environment at construction sites.

Stakeholder Management

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
2. Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to senior management and clients.
3. Resolve escalations and issues related to project delays, cost overruns, or quality concerns.

Budgeting & Cost Control

1. Prepare detailed project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial targets are achieved.
2. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies.

Technology Integration & Innovation

1. Leverage innovative construction methodologies, including Mivan and other advanced technologies, to enhance project delivery.
2. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce relevant tools and techniques to improve efficiency.

Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Expertise in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
