Project Manager Civil

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
• Mivan Technology Implementation: Ensure effective use of Mivan shuttering techniques for efficient formwork and faster construction cycles.
• EPC Contract Management: Oversee all aspects of EPC contracts, from design coordination to procurement and execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site managers, contractors, and laborers.
• Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Cost & Budget Control: Monitor project expenses, control costs, and optimize resources to maximize efficiency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with architects, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track project milestones, prepare reports, and update senior management on project status.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, statutory requirements, and environmental norms.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in high-rise construction projects with Mivan shuttering expertise.
• Proven experience managing EPC contracts.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural designs, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent project management software.
• Sound knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
