1. To guide entire a team of liaison (SRA) department.
2. To be responsible for liaisoning with and approvals from all Government Departments related to SRA project.
3. To check the technical feasibility and Obtain approvals / Clearances with respect to SRA, MCGM, Collector Office, Additional & Deputy Collector Office, Tree authority Dept etc.
4. To Liaison with external agencies like Local Police Stations, Ward Offices, Local Political Outfits, RTO, etc
5. To Coordination with Construction team for effective implementation & execution of projects.
6. To coordinate with the Sales Team & the customers for handling of issues faced during possession & post sales issues.
7. To Handle the disputes arising at project sites (if any), and providing the amicable solutions for the same, thereby ensuring that the project work at site is carried on smoothly.
8. To coordinate and control the workmanship of different agencies connected with project.
9. To Coordinate with Business Development & Legal team for any land related issues faced by the Organization.
10. To Undertake Property Due Diligence and compliances.
11. To Liaison and co-ordination with civil Aviation Dept to get the NOC for projects.
12. Liaison and co-ordination with Police Authority to get smooth functioning of construction work of the project.
13. To lead / participate Project Review meeting with Project Team, COO & architect Team.
14. To Co ordination with Society officials, Slum Developers, Representative of the Society vise-s MLA, Councilors & various religious leaders in respect of progress of the project.
15. To Co ordination with inter office for regulation of day to day work of the project.
16. Issue of notices to the Slum Developers who are coming under the proposed Bldg to take the Transit or Rent to make the alternative arrangement vacate the plot.
17. Vacating of the plot by removing hutment, as to get vacant plot for construction of transit, rehab Bldg, & sale Bldg.
18. Site visit of the New slum proposal, check the viability.
19. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
20. To prepare MIS on monthly basis for all activities.
QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
Graduate with 15- 20 years of relevant experience
