About the Role:
The Chief of Staff will be a critical partner to the CEO, acting as their right hand and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual with a proven track record of execution and a passion for achieving ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in developing and executing the company's strategic vision. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Operational Management: Oversee key operational initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders across all functions (Operations, BU, Marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment and drive execution. Hold functional leaders accountable for achieving their commitments.
- Special Projects: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, which may include research, analysis, a nd implementation of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Ideally a degree from a top-tier institution (IIT/IIM preferred, top 5 IITs and top 3 IIMs highly desired) or equivalent pedigree.
- Experience: 3-4 years of high-quality experience post MBA or equivalent, preferably in consulting (MBB), high-growth startups (in Chief of Staff or generalist roles), or experience working directly with senior executives.
- Candidates with demonstrated experience in holding senior leaders accountable are highly preferred.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
