Graduate Intern

Role & responsibilities :-

• Participate in structured training programs to develop technical and professional skills.
• Assist in design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering and IT projects.
• Work closely with senior engineers and IT professionals on real-time projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under supervision.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Collaborate with different teams to enhance knowledge and exposure to industry practices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and project timelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of engineering principles and IT fundamentals.

• Familiarity with databases, networking, or software development life cycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, etc.) or IT (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Other Requirements: Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a strong technical aptitude.
