Service Excellence Intern

Job Summary: The Service Excellence Intern at Adda247 will assist the team in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The internship will provide exposure to strategies that ensure the highest levels of service quality, focusing on customer interactions, operational workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives within the EdTech environment. This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, process improvement, and has an interest in understanding how service excellence is implemented in the online education space.

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Lucknow

Monthly Stipend : 5,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from customers (students, learners, and subscribers) to identify areas of improvement in service delivery and learner experience.
• Collaborate with the Service Excellence team to streamline and optimize customer support processes, improving response times and overall service quality.
• Help track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Work closely with the customer support team to understand common learner issues, assist in resolving them, and propose solutions to reduce recurring problems.
• Assist in documenting best practices, process improvements, and outcomes of service excellence initiatives. Contribute to creating reports that highlight performance metrics and customer feedback insights

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience, Operations Management, or a related field.
