Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in handling sales documentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Activity
• Drafting emails to clients in proper manner.
• To make quotation & send to the clients.
• To make correspondence.
• Maintaining daily dispatches & inform the clients regarding dispatches
• Daily task given by reporting manager
• Handling marketing activities of Propack
• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to increase sales and brand awareness
• Work with sales team to ensure sales goals are met
• Support the development of product launches and product updates
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and results.
• Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company
• Develop and manage relationships with key customers, partners and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate can apply. Engineered preferred (Diploma/Degree)
• 0-2 years of experience in sales support, customer relationship management, or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of pharma equipment manufacturing is a plus.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude.
