Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and informative content for the Finishing School program. This role will require a deep understanding of etiquette, communication skills, and personal development, as well as the ability to create high-quality content that resonates with learners of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design comprehensive curriculums for finishing school programs, covering topics such as etiquette, communication skills, leadership, personal development, and social grace.
• Align curriculum with industry standards, best practices, and educational philosophy.
• Develop and review content for various aspects of the Finishing School program, including etiquette training, personal development, and career preparation.
• Create engaging and informative content, such as lesson plans, presentations, videos, and written materials.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the overall quality and consistency of the program content.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for students of all ages.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and individual needs.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students.
• Create and administer assessments to measure student progress and understanding.
• Develop rubrics and grading criteria for evaluating student performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of finishing school programs.
• Make recommendations for curriculum improvement based on evaluation findings.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Master's degree in education, human resources, communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in content creation and development.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Passion for personal development and etiquette training.Additional Qualifications (Preferred):Experience in etiquette training or personal development.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Proficiency in multiple languages.Skills:Content creation: ability to create engaging and informative content in various formats (e.g., written, video, audio).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: ability to adapt content to meet the needs of different learners.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas.
Technical skills: Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.
Interpersonal skills: ability to build rapport and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Organization and time management: ability to plan and manage training sessions effectively.

Experience :Minimum7 years of experience in the field of communication, education, and training.
Experience in content creation for online or in-person programs
Experience working with adult learners.Job Specifications:

Nature of job: On contract for 12 months

Location :HO Mumbai (Chembur/Govandi)

The job may involve traveling to other locations beyond Mumbai.

Hours of work: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Working conditions This job will also involve working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.
