Key Responsibilities:

Content Production:

• Develop, produce, and edit video content, with a focus on documentaries and long-format videos, for various platforms including social media, websites, and other digital channels.
• Handle all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production. ( end-to-end video production process )
• Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Coordinate with the video editing team and external vendors, freelancers, or contractors as needed.

Post-Production:

• Coordinate with the video editing team, with knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and visual effects to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
• Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and file size.

Content Distribution:

• Assist in the strategic distribution of video content across social media channels, websites, and other platforms.
• Monitor video performance metrics and adjust content strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in video production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production.
• Proven experience in producing documentaries and long-format video content for various digital platforms.

Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cinematography.
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and language skills.
