We need a Video Producer who lives and breathes digital content.

Someone who's equally passionate about crafting thoughtful long-form content- be it detailed interviews, engaging podcasts, branded content, or comprehensive event coverage- as they are about creating viral short-form content like reels, clips, and teasers.

Format shouldn't matter; what matters is your ability to tell engaging stories visually..

From strong command over camera, lights, and sound to mastering editing software and motion graphics we need a technical expert who brings precision to every aspect of production.

Whether it's technical execution or content strategy, we're looking for someone who can seamlessly blend both worlds to create compelling visual stories..

Your Role Will Involve:.

Pre-Production.

Craft compelling scripts and develop comprehensive content treatment plans that align with our brand voice.

Bring your technical expertise to decisions about on-ground setup, camera setup/frames, lighting setups, and equipment selection.

Lead planning sessions and manage shoot schedules while coordinating smoothly with various stakeholders.

Create detailed camera briefings that translate the creative vision into the technical execution.

Act as a bridge between creative and technical teams, ensuring alignment on vision and execution..

Production.

Direct video hosts/speakers/subjects to get the best outcome.

Think on your feet to suggest improvisations that enhance the final output.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams in various departments, and third-party external vendors to ensure shoots stay on schedule and within the scope.

Supervise the onground crew on the use of audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.

Post-Production.

Develop creative storyboards and innovative video treatments.

Guide editors and motion graphics artists to achieve the desired outcome.

Stay ahead of digital trends and bring that knowledge to our content.

Leverage AI tools strategically to enhance production quality.

Manage team bandwidth and TATs effectively while maintaining quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table.

4-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end video production.

Deep understanding of what works on digital platforms.

Masters / Bachelors degree in films, visual communication, journalism, or a related field.

A problem-solver mindset with excellent people skills.

Technical expertise combined with creative storytelling ability.

Technical Skills:.

Production Operations & Supervision:.

Expertise in camera operating DSLRs, mirrorless, and cinema cameras with knowledge of lenses.

Strong understanding of shot composition, and expertise in framing shots for different formats (16:9, 9:16, etc.).

Expertise in lighting, understanding its technical aspect.

Demonstrate a basic understanding of sound recording equipment, including microphones, mixers, and audio interfaces, to ensure clear and high-quality audio..

Editing Operations & Supervision:.

Thorough understanding of editing software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc..

Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, etc..

Knowledge of color grading, output export formats, basic sound design, etc..
