Job Title: ABM Content Writer

Job Summary:

As an ABM Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-converting Account-Based-Marketing campaigns, including emails, social media posts, LinkedIn inMails, etc. that drive customer engagement and revenue. Youll leverage your expertise in customer psychology, segmentation, and automation to develop and execute targeted strategies that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Visually Appealing Emails: Create engaging and visually attractive email layouts that capture attention and drive action.
• Tailor Content: Craft compelling email and social media copies, email subject lines, and calls to action (CTAs) tailored to specific audiences.
• Plan and Execute Campaigns: Design targeted ABM marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage Email Automation Workflows: Oversee the setup and management of email automation workflows for seamless communication.
• Segment Email Lists: Analyze lead behavior, source, and demographics to deliver personalized and relevant content to our audience.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and sending times to optimize campaign performance.
• Strategy Development: Create effective strategies to drive customer acquisition and maximize revenue through email and social media communications.
• Lifecycle Management: Own and manage the entire ABM lifecycle from ideation to testing, including segmentation, setup, creative development, analysis, and optimization.
• Email Automation Journeys: Design and optimize email automation journeys for timely, relevant, and personalized communications.
• Testing and Traffic Strategies: Develop and recommend strategies for testing and driving traffic within email campaigns.
• Creative Implementation: Integrate creative elements into emails, such as GIFs and other engaging formats.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of writing high-converting emails and social media copies in the B2B IT services space.
• Deep understanding of customer psychology and buying cycles.
• Experience with segmentation and automation strategies.
• Data-driven approach to testing and optimization.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on results.
• Working knowledge of email marketing automation platforms.
• Strong research skills to support content development.

Must-Have:

• Real results to show, including revenue numbers (not just vanity metrics).
• Portfolio of successful email campaigns.
• Experience with IT services companies, particularly in ERP, CRM, and Data Analytics.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing, retail, or BFSI industry is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Turtl, RELAYTO, Showpad content, Uberflip, etc. is a nice to have.
