Position : Senior Network Engineer Enterprise (SDA AND ACI).

Location : Gurugram.

Experience : 5 -12 yrs.

Konverge Technologies is hiring a Senior Network Engineer Enterprise for the Gurugram location.

We have 3 openings in our company.

Key responsibilities of an SDA specialist might include :

Network Design and Architecture :

- Designing and implementing SDA network architectures, including segmentation, policy-based access control, and network fabric creation.

- Defining network segmentation strategies to isolate different user groups and applications within the network.

- Planning and deploying Cisco DNA Center as the central management platform for SDA configurations.

ACI Fabric Design and Deployment :

- Designing and implementing multi-pod ACI fabrics, including spine and leaf switches, to optimize application performance and scalability.

- Configuring APICs to manage network policies, application profiles, and tenant segmentation.

- Managing fabric connectivity, routing protocols, and L3 extensions within the ACI fabric.

Implementation and Deployment :

- Configuring Cisco Catalyst switches, wireless LAN controllers, and other network devices for SDA functionality.

- Deploying and troubleshooting SDA features like VXLAN, EVPN, and LISP for network segmentation.

- Migrating existing network infrastructure to an SDA architecture.

Policy Management :

- Creating and enforcing granular access control policies based on user identities, device types, and network location.

- Implemented and deployed Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) integration.

- Implementing zero-trust network principles to secure user and device access.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Deep understanding of Cisco SDA architecture, including Cisco DNA Center, ISE, and network segmentation features.

- Proficiency in network protocols like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN.

- Knowledge of network security concepts like firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems.

- Strong knowledge of data center networking protocols : BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, MPLS.

- Experience with network security concepts : Firewalls, access control lists, segmentation, zero-trust security.

Networking Certifications :

- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) with a focus on Enterprise or a Cisco Certified Inter-network Expert (CCIE) certification preferred.
