Job Description :

- Experience in Networking Support, Technical support, Troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance and any technical support in networking domain Experience in Switching, Routing, LAN Network Experience.

- Responsible for supporting the day -to -day Operations and ensure defined SLA has been met as agreed in the SOW.

- Process knowledge on ITIL.

- 4-6 years in IT service delivery and handled multiple customer environments

- Responsible for handling incidents and service request in day-to-day operation.

- Good knowledge and experience (min 3 years) in Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc.)

- Good knowledge and experience in switching (VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP).

- Good knowledge and experience in Access Control List and Route Map.

- Knowledge of Cisco firewall (Firepower) and Checkpoint.

- Knowledge about Cisco Wi-Fi network and ISE.

- Validating the configuration of new device and new links handover by the project team and ensuring the configuration are as per the standard.

- Support monitoring team for troubleshoot the network L2 issues.

- Failover test for the network device and links at regular intervals.

- Ensuring the network device availability as per the agreed SLA.

- Ensuring the backup of network devices periodically.

- Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis

- Adhering and Implementing guidelines and Customer policies

- Must close all the Incident & service Request within Service Level Agreement

- Coordinating with hardware vendor for any hardware issue.

- Change management process (ITIL Process) to be followed for any configuration changes in network devices.

Required Skill Sets :

- CCNP Certifications preferred

- CISCO Switches and routers Hands on experience

- Good Knowledge in the Cisco Products link Cisco switches, routers, Prime Infrastructure, Identity Service Engine, WLC, Nexus etc.

- Good knowledge or certificate on CISCO etc.

- Cisco SD WAN, SD Access Knowledge , and Cisco DNA

- Validation of Network diagram - LAN/WAN topology on Periodic Basis

- Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues

- Analysis & Periodic Check of LAN/WAN traffic

- Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis

- Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF

- Troubleshoot all static routing and dynamic routing (BGP,EIGRP,OSPF etc.) in enterprise network for high availability
