Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage effective staffing schedules based on forecasted demand and operational needs, ensuring optimal coverage.
• Forecasting: Utilize historical data and predictive analytics to create accurate forecasts for workforce needs, considering seasonal variations and business trends.
• Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on workforce metrics, including adherence, utilization, and performance, to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align workforce strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management practices.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage WFN tools and systems to optimize workforce planning and analysis, ensuring accurate data input and reporting.
