Project Coordinator- PMO

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with product teams across functions to understand their portfolio, strategy, priorities, etc. to facilitate resource planning
• Be a single point of Contact from Engineering to manage all the Third-party Vendors. Create and manage SOW/PO etc as per defined milestones of the program
• Work together with HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams in building the team across functions.
• Provide executive Summary reports on metrics set for the Business unit in India
• Manage all Software licenses / Hardware / Test equipment and Lab infrastructure required for product development team.
• Monitor and track the Cost and provide spend analysis reports for the Business unit in India.
• Work with Global Program Management Office and support product reviews across regions
• Maintain Dashboards for all the KPIs defined for the Business Unit.
• Assist with Budget planning for the Business unit in India working with relevant Stake holders.
• Careful communication in handling confidential content with key stakeholders

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Profiency in English language- verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to adjust to varying demands, changing priorities with Strong Customer focus 3+ years of experience, including demonstrated project management. Financial management experience preferrable

Minimum 3+ years in the project management office Any professional degree at university level preferably in Management Strong Analytical and logical reasoning skills Expertise in Microsoft tools (Advanced Excel, Visio etc.). Power BI / Apps preferable
