Executive Assistant To CEO - Shirpur

Job Description/ Job Requirements:

1. Managing the day-to-day operations and schedule of the CEO s office. This will include collaborating with other teams
2. Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails,
3. presentations, reports
4. Take minutes during meetings. This includes prioritizing a list of follow up and action items
5. coming out of the meeting
6. Manage travel and prepare expense reports
7. Securely and methodically maintain confidential and private documents
8. Evaluate the subscriptions and memberships that the organization needs and renewed in a timely manner
