Job Description/ Job Requirements:

1. Establish and implement quality management system across the hospital. Monitor and analyze the same for improvement
2. Ensure the compliance of all the accreditations and certification standards implemented in the system through close monitoring
3. Liaisoning with the external bodies of accreditations and certification for the regular audit programs.
4. Preparing and revising all the hospital policies, procedures, work instructions and department manuals periodically as per the hospital policy in coordination with the corporate quality team.
5. Conducting process audits assigned by the corporate quality team in the defined tool and reporting the same on monthly basis.
6. Conducting audit of active medical records as per the sample required by sample size prescribed by NABH.
