Summary:As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the successful delivery of Talent management solutions to our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their Talent management needs and challenges, develop customized solutions, and drive the successful implementation and adoption of Talent management programs and initiatives
Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with project managers, senior managers, and other team members to understand project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Execute assigned tasks within project scope, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support project deliverables and recommendations.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

Support project managers and senior managers in coordinating project activities, including meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, subject matter experts, and technical specialists, to execute project tasks and achieve project goals.

Provide regular updates on task progress, issues, and risks to project managers and senior managers, and proactively identify solutions to address challenges.

Contribute to project documentation, lessons learned, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills:

Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.

Experience of 8-10 years in consulting project management and delivery across industries, or related field preferred

Preferred institutes for example, XLRI, IMs, XIMB

Must To Have Skills: Human Centric Talent and HR Process Design, Data Analytics and Interpretation

Good To Have Skills:Cornerstone Talent Management Suite, SABA Talent Management Solutions, Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Additional Information:
