Human Resource Generalist || Night Shift

Role & responsibilities

• Identify best practices / process re-engineering opportunities and implement these HR initiatives across the teams in Operations.
• Providing leadership and ensuring a high level of motivation at process level.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee grievances.
• Ensure the management follows the set process of skip level & one on one meeting with their team members.
• Drive programs on retention and succession planning on organization level.
• Maintain employee count report, filing work, joining and documentation.
• Monthly planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Responsible for exit management.
• Willing to work in the night shift / US timings.

Experience Required:

Candidates with graduation having 6+ years of experience in HR
