Job Description

KMC is seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign v8 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation workflows using Adobe Campaign v8. This role requires a strong understanding of campaign management, data integration, and email marketing best practices. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Design, build, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign v8.
Workflow Automation: Develop and optimize automated workflows, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
Data Integration: Integrate Adobe Campaign with various data sources (CRM, databases, etc.) to ensure accurate data flow and campaign performance tracking.
Push Notifications, Email and SMS Campaigns: Create responsive and engaging push notifications/email/SMS templates, ensuring they meet best practices for deliverability and user experience.
Reporting Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Campaign, ensuring the smooth execution of all marketing activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to align campaign objectives with business goals.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of campaign workflows, configurations, and processes to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in developing and managing campaigns using Adobe Campaign (2 years with v8).Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, web services (REST/SOAP), HTML/CSS, Snowflake, Postgres.
