Offer technical support for production systems, particularly microservices and event-driven architectures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve Kafka and microservices-related issues efficiently.. Work closely with developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth Kafka operations and integration.. Proactively suggest improvements in system performance, reliability, and scalability.. Requirements. Minimum of 10-14 years of experience in Kafka administration and support, with proven expertise in Confluent Kafka.. Extensive experience in production support, especially with microservices and event-driven systems.. Strong proficiency in Kafka, including topics, partitions, brokers, consumers, producers, and Kafka Streams. Familiarity with related tools like Zookeeper, Schema Registry, and Kafka Connect.. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Kafka-related issues in complex environments, including performance tuning and root cause analysis..

Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python) used for Kafka application development. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) is a plus..
