Adobe Campaign Developer/ AJO Adobe Journey Optimizer

Adobe Campaign Development:

• Design, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
  
• Develop and manage campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and personalized content strategies.
  
• Implement custom scripts, templates, and components to enhance campaign functionalities.
  
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO):

• Design and execute customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, tailoring experiences based on real-time data and interactions.
  
• Leverage AJOs advanced segmentation, decisioning, and orchestration capabilities to deliver personalized and timely customer interactions.
  
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop journey maps and ensure smooth execution across all channels.
  

Adobe I/O Integration:

• Utilize Adobe I/O for API integrations, creating custom solutions to extend Adobe Campaign and AJO functionalities.
  
• Develop and manage Adobe I/O Runtime functions to automate processes and enhance the capabilities of Adobe Experience Cloud.
  
• Ensure seamless data flow between Adobe Campaign, AJO, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products using Adobe I/O.
  

Technical Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams to ensure data is effectively utilized in campaigns and customer journeys.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure best practices are followed in campaign and journey development.
  

Optimization Reporting:

• Analyze customer journey and campaign performance data, providing insights for continuous optimization.
  
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor journey effectiveness, customer engagement, and campaign ROI.
  
• Implement best practices for journey orchestration and campaign management to enhance customer experiences.
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Adobe Campaign, including campaign development, workflow management, and scripting.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), with a deep understanding of journey design, orchestration, and personalization.
  
• Experience with Adobe I/O, including API integration, Adobe I/O Runtime, and custom development.
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and web services (REST /SOAP).
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with Adobe Campaign and at least 1-2 years of experience with AJO.
  
• Proven experience in integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products using Adobe I/O.
  
• Experience in working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and customer data platforms (CDP).

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations related to marketing.
