Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to oversee and manage virtual assistance projects for clients across various industries. The Project Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the projects within deadlines, while ensuring high-quality service delivery by virtual assistants. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, Business Development skills and a deep understanding of the virtual assistance domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting project objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the clients assigned.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, manage expectations, and address any concerns.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, customized services that meet their specific needs.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles, developing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure to maintain the Quality, accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to client requirements.
• Understanding the Clients business and providing necessary suggestions; creating a platform to expand the client's business.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation or Post Graduation
• Experience: Having experience in handling UK/US-based clients with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work.
• Five days of working with fixed off on Saturday and Sunday.
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Ability to work with US time zones Time tracking software will be installed to track the activities.
