Admin & Inside Sales Executive

Sipani Marbles is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage key administrative functions, maintain office infrastructure, and drive sales through effective client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Management:

• Oversee office infrastructure, housekeeping services, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and support activities with team members.
• Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide product recommendations to generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs, match them with suitable products, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Address client concerns, provide support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

Market & Performance Analysis:

• Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
• Track and report sales performance metrics.
• Analyze trends to identify new market opportunities or sales strategies.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
