Job Description for Officer Administrator


Administrative Support: -

▪ Managing schedules and calendars

▪ Coordinating meetings and events

▪ Handling correspondence and communication

▪ Maintaining records and databases.

▪ Bookkeeping records related to company.

▪ Managing all kindly of documentation records and keep it confidential.


Office Management: -

▪ Office Management

▪ Managing office equipment and facilities

▪ Ensuring office safety and security

▪ Coordinating with other departments


Communication and Coordination: -

▪ Being a key person to schedule any meetings & venues for Management team.

▪ Arranging all Travel arrangements when & as required for Higher Management.

▪ Handling phone calls and emails

▪ Maintaining confidentiality and discretion


Special Projects and Tasks: -

▪ Research and data analysis

▪ Creating presentations and reports

▪ Coordinating events and meetings

▪ Providing general administrative support


Key Skills: -

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic Computer Skills - Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail - High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. ▪ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Administrator, preferably in the FMCG industry.

▪ Strong knowledge of Administrator principles and practices, performance management, and administration.
