• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities

5 + years Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business KPIs.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Provide reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and ERP systems is a plus
