Identifying key market needs and developing the product lines for the construction industry.
Developing the sales channel for all products for construction industry. Generating business through regular connects and maintaining strong relationship.
Generating ideas for new customer acquisition, new sales channels, increasing market share, product proposals in new markets, etc.
Competition mapping & market intelligence.
Identifying new markets for increasing market reach.
Creating strategies for increasing market share.
MIS preparation, analysis of financial MIS.
Generating Weekly Profitability Reports in line with company process, analyzing and taking corrective actions to achieve key results.
Analyzing and delivering on commercials and working capital needs, other financial controls.
Documentation related to Business Development, Quality, Commercials, Statutory, etc.
Timely closure of customer complaints.
Timely collection of outstanding.
