Job Description
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and Python to extract insights and support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics daily, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization to gather requirements, communicate insights, and facilitate actionable strategies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of operational, supply chain, and risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional projects, from conception through to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong background in operations, supply chain, and risk management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics purposes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing metrics on a daily basis
